There once was a nun, who lived a life of prayer
But one day, she met a man with wild hair
Frank Zappa, a musician, who played the guitar
She fell in love with him, from afar
She watched him play, on the Funny but Mistery Stage
His music filled her soul, at every age
She longed to be near him, to hold his hand
But alas, he did not understand
She followed him to the Zappa Main Stage
Where he played his music, with such rage
She watched in awe, as he strummed his strings
But her love for him, remained unrequited things
She traveled with him, to the rennbahn in Hamburg
Where he played at the Guitar Exhibition, with aplomb
She gazed at him, with love in her eyes
But he only saw her, as a passing surprise
She took the Molli railway, to see him play
With the progressive bands, on a hot summer's day
She listened to Hot Rats, and Warm up too
But her love for him, still remained true
She went to every show, and never missed a beat
But Frank Zappa, remained just out of reach
She drank to forget, her unrequited love
But it only made her spiral, into a downward shove
She became an alcoholic, with no control
Her love for Frank Zappa, took its toll
She listened to Imaginary Diseases, on repeat
Hoping to find some solace, from the pain so sweet
She prayed to God, to take away her love
But it remained, a constant shove
She longed to be near Frank Zappa, just once more
But it was not meant to be, she was sure
She listened to Bobby Brown, and The Torture Never Stops
But her love for Frank Zappa, it never flops
She sang along to Catholic Girls, with a heavy heart
But her love for him, would never part
She drank and drank, until the end
Her love for Frank Zappa, never to blend
She passed away, with a bottle in hand
Her love for him, a tale so grand
And so, the nun was laid to rest
Her love for Frank Zappa, one of the best
A love that lived on, in memory
A love that would never, be set free.
